A 6-day beginner-friendly scuba certification trip in Isla Mujeres, Mexico (June 6–11). You’ll complete your PADI Open Water course, do additional fun dives, explore the underwater museum (MUSA), and experience turtle nesting season — all in a small group of 8 people.

Please note that the ocean is unpredictable and wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. While June is turtle nesting season in Isla Mujeres, seeing turtles is always dependent on nature.

I'll send you detailed instructions on how to get here from Cancun airport. Don't worry, getting here is easy and safe!

I'll send you 2 options on how to get from the Cancun airport to the ferry terminal: an easier way but more expensive (taxi) and slightly longer but cheaper (bus). 

After that, you'll need to take the ferry from the ferry terminal to the island.

Your training will be led by certified instructors from Pocna Dive Center. It's a dive center I've been personally diving with for more than 5 years and it's one of the most established dive centers in Isla Mujeres. Their team has years of experience teaching beginners and follows international PADI safety standards.

We’ll stay at Nilu by Selina, a beachfront hostel in Isla Mujeres. The location offers comfortable twin rooms, shared social spaces, an on-site restaurant, and direct access to the dive center, everything in one place. It’s relaxed, community-oriented, and just steps from the ocean.
